All services start with a complimentary video consultation with us. During this consultation, we develop a clear understanding of the project’s full scope while getting to know you and your goals. Every detail is considered to provide you with a customized proposal that reflects the necessities involved in delivering the best and most valuable end results.

    Full Service Organizing is a completely hands-on, start-to-finish transformation of your space, tailored to you so you can spend less time managing your home and more time living in it. You’ll be met with empathy, never judgment. With care and discretion, we thoughtfully design systems that create meaningful, lasting change - both in your home and in your life.

    We manage every element possible, all while collaborating with you to ensure the most curated results. This offering typically includes the following, among other tasks:

    Off-site Preparation:

    • Taking measurements

    • Logistical planning

    • Space planning

    • Aesthetic design

    • Product sourcing

    • Shopping

    • Floorplanning

    On-site Duties:

    • Decluttering process

    • Installing product

    • Organizing Process

    The Investment

    $165/HR| The hourly rate for 2 seasoned professional organizers to perform all on-site tasks

    $50/HR | Assistant Organizer | Should we determine that the scope of work benefits and requires additional support, we will include an Assistant Organizer on the project

    Starting at $200 | Plan & Prep Fee | This is a flat fee for executing all necessary off-site tasks prior to project dates, to ensure the most efficient use of our time on-site.

    Please Note:

    • Our quotes do not include the cost of organizing products. During the Plan & Prepare phase, we will discuss product options and cost, tailoring the selections to your budget. We are happy to use what you already own. Please let us know during the consultation call any products you would like to reuse.

    • Both the estimated hours and Plan & Prepare fee will be determined based on the complexity and scope of work involved.

    • Should we determine that decluttering requires a more comprehensive approach, we will implement our Clutter Management service for the hours that we declutter with you, billed at the rate of $125 per hour.

  • At a Glance

    Move Management is a concierge-style service designed to relieve you of the parts of your move you’d rather not handle -if not all of them - and typically entails a combination of services.

    Delivered with seamless precision and care, this service is fully customizable, allowing you to decide what we take on, from coordinating with movers to strategically unpacking and thoughtfully organizing your belongings.

    Tailored to your needs, this à la carte service allows us to work together to identify which responsibilities will bring the most relief when delegated to our expertise, such as:

    Pre-Move:

    • Decluttering

    • Coordinating with movers

    • Space planning for organization

    • Floor planning for room layout & furniture

    Post-Move:

    • Strategically unpacking, specifically removing belongings from boxes, with care

    • Organizing belongings after unpacking; please refer to our Full Service Organizing offering for details

    Our goal is to transform your new home into a space that’s not only functional, but one that feels as though you’ve been living there all along.

    • $85/HR Space & Floor Planning | Please refer to our Task Management offering below for details

    • Starting at $200 | Moving Coordination Fee | This is a flat fee for the planning and management of all logistics related to your move - including communication with movers, timeline development, oversight on move day, and ensuring a seamless transition from one home to the next.

    Post-Move:

    • $100/HR | The hourly rate for 2 seasoned professional organizers to unpack your belongings in a strategic & methodical way

    • $165/HR + Plan & Prepare Fee, starting at $200 | Post-Move Organizing | Please refer to our Full Service Organizing offering above

    Clutter Management is a deeply supportive, judgment-free service designed to help you clear the excess and reclaim clarity in your home, and in your mind.

    The Details

    We begin with a thoughtful, collaborative process rooted in conversation: asking the right questions, gently challenging old patterns, and helping you navigate the gray areas where decisions feel less clear-cut.

    With emotional awareness as our compass, we listen closely to both what’s said and unsaid, uncovering unconscious habits and underlying friction that often hide beneath the surface. From there, we guide you through each decision with empathy and encouragement, creating space that feels lighter, more intentional, and aligned with the way you truly want to live.

    Determined to get the clutter out of your home and save you time, we take up to 5 extra large bags of donations each day of the service, off your hands and drop them off for you.

  • At A Glance

    Task Management supports the physical execution that often accompanies decluttering and organizing. This service is often a component in Full-Service Organizing, Move Management and Clutter Management proposals to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience, where every detail is thoughtfully executed and nothing is left to chance.

    Physical tasks may include but are not limited to:

    • Configuring room or space layout

    • Building furniture

    • Installing closet systems

    Our services always start with a complimentary 30 minute video consultation, but if you prefer to kick off your organizing journey with an in person assessment, we're happy to accommodate by booking a Pro Assessment appointment with you.

    During our appointment, we will:

    • Visit you at your home

    • Take the time to evaluate your space and discuss specific needs, challenges, and goals on-site

    • Provide you with customized solutions, expert insights and options for next steps

    • From there, you can choose to continue to tackle organizing on your own or enlist us to transform your space

    $125/HR | The hourly rate for an in-home appointment with 2 seasoned professional organizers.

    Skip the guesswork and enlist us curate product and furniture options tailored to your needs, style, and space. From storage solutions to statement pieces, we’ll present a thoughtful selection along with expert recommendations—making it easy to choose with confidence.

    • A curated list of product or furniture options selected specifically for your space

    • Expert notes and recommendations for each option, including pros/cons and placement guidance

    • Consideration of your budget, aesthetic preferences, and lifestyle needs

    • Coordination with any existing pieces or systems in your home

    • Revisions or alternative suggestions if initial selections don’t feel like the right fit

    • Optional ordering assistance and delivery coordination

    We understand that life gets busy and even the most meticulously organized spaces can lose their structure over time. Our Refresh service is here to bring you back to a harmonious, clutter-free home that you love.

    This service is especially beneficial, but not limited to, seasonal changes in closets and with decor. Whether it's a monthly, quarterly, or one-time reset, we'll accommodate as needed.

    We will perform a lighter version of our Full Service Organizing offering and execute the following:

    • Declutter any accumulated items

    • Update & adjust organizing products if needed

    • Refine existing systems

    • Update labels if needed
