Hi, we're Pooja and Sydney. What began as Pooja's vision quickly became something bigger the day she brought Sydney on as a partner. Looking back, it still feels a little like fate.

It started with a DM. Sydney had been following Pooja's work and reached out, hoping to be part of it somehow. Pooja was running everything solo - every client, every detail, on her own - and the message sat unread for almost a year. Eventually, Pooja wrote back. They met in person, and it was instant. They just clicked.

Sydney started assisting on projects soon after, and it didn't take long for Pooja to see it: this wasn't just a hire. The yin and yang was obvious from the start - Pooja brings the design eye and the vision for how a space should look and feel, and Sydney runs the operation that brings it to life.

But building toward a true partnership took time - years, in fact, of working together and growing individually before it was the right moment for both of them. When it finally was, Sydney didn't hesitate. She left a stable, demanding job to become a full, equal partner in the business.

We bring different eyes to every space, but the same belief underneath: a home should hold you, not demand from you. Because the most beautiful system means nothing if it doesn't survive a Tuesday morning.

Outside of Wellnest, you'll find Pooja chasing her toddler son with her husband, and Sydney living between the lake and the city with her fiancé and their dog. We live the busy-household lives ourselves, which is a big part of why we’re good at designing around it.
